I have both a bachelor's degree and a masters degree in math. I love the subject and love to teach it to others. I've had the opportunity to tutor and teach math for several years, and I've worked with students at all levels of ability from many different backgrounds. I'm adept at explaining math topics using simple and concise instructions. Also I am very patient with my students, and I will work at their pace and let them take as long as they need to feel comfortable with a concept. I also enjoy using visuals and other means to explain difficult concepts. It's very rewarding to see my students make progress in math. I can tutor algebra, calculus, differential equations, geometry, pre-calculus, trigonometry, multivariable calculus, finite math, discrete math, elementary and middle school level math, and IB and AP math courses. In my free time, I enjoy playing chess, shopping online, and traveling.
